Privacy Policy

Progress stays on your device

The app stores your preferences, solved riddles, scores and streaks locally. It does not require an app account or provide cloud progress sync. You can remove this information by clearing the app’s storage in Android settings. Uninstalling can also remove progress; device backup and restore settings may affect what returns after reinstalling.

Purchases and restoration

When billing is enabled, Google Play and RevenueCat process purchases and restore access to paid content. This includes purchase history, transaction and receipt information, entitlement status and an anonymous app customer identifier. RevenueCat uses purchase information for app functionality and purchase analytics. We do not receive your full payment-card details.

Purchase records may need to remain available to restore purchases, prevent fraud and meet accounting or legal obligations. Google and RevenueCat handle information under their respective policies: Google Privacy Policy and RevenueCat Privacy Policy.

Optional feedback and support

If you send feedback, we receive your selected topic and importance, written suggestions, a submission identifier and submission time. An email address is optional and is included only when you consent to being contacted. If you email support directly, we receive your email address and the message and attachments you send.

We use this information to respond to requests and improve the app. Please avoid including sensitive personal information in feedback. Feedback availability depends on the app version and service configuration.

Retention and deletion

We review and delete feedback and support correspondence within 12 months of receipt unless needed for an ongoing request or a legal obligation. When an exception applies, we retain only the information needed and delete it when that need ends.

To request deletion, email alenmcentral@gmail.com with “Fun Islamic Riddles privacy request” in the subject. Explain which feedback or purchase record the request concerns. Do not send passwords or full card details. We may need enough information to locate the record and verify the request. Deleting local progress does not delete store purchase records. Records held independently by Google remain subject to Google’s policies.

Service providers and security

Service providers process information needed to host services, deliver support email and manage purchases. This privacy page is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Hosting providers may process connection information such as IP addresses and request logs to deliver and protect the site. See the Cloudflare Privacy Policy. Providers may process information in countries other than your own.

The app includes no advertising SDK or cloud learning-progress analytics. This page contains no advertising or analytics scripts. It saves only your chosen appearance setting in your browser. We use access controls and secure connections where services are enabled; no storage or transmission method is completely secure.

Children’s information

Fun Islamic Riddles is not directed to children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child under 13 has submitted personal information, contact alenmcentral@gmail.com so we can review and delete that information.

Changes to this policy

Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Material changes will also be communicated where appropriate in the app.
